How does airport car pickup work?

When booking a car at the airport, please make sure to enter your flight number during the reservation process.

Our staff will personally welcome you at the airport exit with a sign displaying your name and escort you to the parking area.

Is it possible to pick up the car in one city and return it in another?

Yes, it is possible to pick up the vehicle in one city and return it in another, with prior notice and an additional fee.

What are the requirements for renting a car?

A valid driver’s license is required to rent a vehicle. The process is fast, discreet, and simple.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards, offering maximum flexibility for our clients.

What is the minimum driver age?

The minimum driver age is 21 years, with at least one year of driving experience.

Is a deposit required?

The deposit ranges from €100 to €200, depending on the vehicle category.

With Full Coverage insurance, no deposit is required, ensuring complete peace of mind during your rental.

How does the fuel policy work?

The vehicle is picked up and returned with the same fuel level, in accordance with our premium service standards.

What additional insurance options are available?

In addition to basic insurance, we offer the following optional coverage plans:

  • CDW – damage liability up to €1,500
  • SCDW – damage liability up to €300
  • Full Coverage – damage liability €0
What do TPL (basic), CDW, SCDW, and Full Coverage mean?

All vehicles include TPL (Third Party Liability) insurance, which covers damage caused to third parties.

If another vehicle hits you and you are not at fault, TPL insurance fully covers all damages at no cost to you.

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
With CDW insurance, your liability in case of vehicle damage is limited to €900.

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver)
With SCDW insurance, your liability in case of vehicle damage is limited to €300.

Full Coverage
With Full Coverage insurance, there is no deductible and your liability in case of damage is €0.

Ultimately, the choice of insurance level depends on your personal needs and desired level of security during the rental.

Is it possible to add an additional driver?

An additional driver can be added with a valid driver’s license.

The fee is €10 for the entire rental period.

Is cross-border travel allowed?

Cross-border travel is allowed with prior notice and an additional fee, with full documentation provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before vehicle pickup.
